How long is delivery?

  • Items purchased through our website will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note any items purchased through external links (for example items listed on my blog that will redirect to other external websites) we are not responsible for shipping IN ANY FORM.

Will My purchase have a tracking number?

  • Yes, all physical purchases will have a tracking number once it is shipped and you will receive the number via email. If you purchase a digital product ( for example our vendors list ) you will have an order number to refer to that purchase.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT IS SHIPPED?

  • After your order is shipped please click on the tracking link in the email with the tracking number which will direct you to the rightful logistic company. Our main carrier is Canada post.

I Received my tracking my tracking number but it has little updates. What should I do ?

  • Please reach out to the shipping company once the package is in transit. Shopwithslimslayage won’t keep up with each package tracking updates once it is handed over to the carrier. Shopwithslimslayage will not be held liable for any package lost in transit.

can i return or exchange feminine products?

  • No returns or exchanges are done on feminine products for obvious health reasons. All sales are final.
