Shipping Policy

Once Payment is accepted order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number from our carrier Canada Post. Please note if you have not received a tracking number your order is still in progress, please wait 3-5 business days before contacting us. Under regular circumstances that will be enough time for you to receive the shipping notification via email.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLEARANCE FEES.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED DEPENDING ON EACH INDIVIDUAL CURCUMSTANCE.

Barbados Pick Up Location

Please note that by selecting the Barbados shipping option at check out that you are opting to have your items shipped to Barbados and picked up from our pick up location.

Shipping to Barbados for pick up take 2-3 weeks. You will received a tracking number once order is in transit. Upon arrival to Barbados you will be reached out to via the contact number or email you gave to pick up.

PLEASE NOTE A SMALL CLEARANCE FEE $5-25 IS CHARGED DEPENDING ON PRICE OF CLEARANCE AT PORT OF ENTRY.
